David Little has 27 years of professional experience focused on airport transportation planning and analysis, and engineering economics.
He is a Principal at Lea+Elliott as well as a Certified Planner and member of the Society of College and University Planners (SCUP). Since joining Lea+Elliott in 1991, Mr. Little has been involved with airport transportation and mobility planning and is responsible for all phases of project planning, including project finance. He possesses broad-based experience in planning and engineering of APM, PRT, rail, and bus transit systems. David has provided these services to airport, public transit and private sector clients around the world, including North America, the Middle East, Europe, Asia, and Africa. In 2010, he led and completed the development of ACRP Report 37 – Guidebook for Planning and Implementing Automated People Movers at Airports which included PRT.
