Podcar City is currently undergoing a major change. The Conference is going to be turned into a non-profit member organization with offices in Sweden, USA, Uganda and Malaysia. We will share more information in Mid March. For those who are invited to sponsor the new organization or participate for the next conference, please use the registration form to the right. Interested in Co hosting Podcar City Conference?
If approved by us, The Podcar City Organization will make sure we are behind the event with all staff, social media, registration system and planning for the event. A contract must be signed not later than 10 months before the planned event including upfront registration cost.
Also, the Podcar City team wants to ensure local support for a study, a student project, or build a pilot system – or have demonstration access to an existing system.
Minimum
- $10,000 registration fee per event plus shared income of registrations and sponsors
- You must Sponsor a suitable venue for a capacity of at least 200 people
- A contract between us for shared responsibility for planning and marketing
Because of the extensive undertaking of a conference we only accept proposals in writing. Please email info@podcarcity.org for your idea.
Also, we accept smaller events such as seminars and round table meetings including zoom. Most of these events are usually initiated by us, however we accept proposals here also.
