Podcar City Conference 2021

Podcar City - Conference 2021 - Atlanta, Georgia, USA

Welcome to Podcar City Conference 2021 and PCC Digital

Newsletter #2 with full program just out! Link here or down below under “documents”

Welcome to Podcar City 2021! This year’s conference is gathering a lot of interest – probably because of the rapid growing list of real projects being established all over the world for autonomous shared transportation in various settings – campuses, airports, cities and other urban areas in need of a new mode of transportation.  We need to create a better mobility environment for all – individuals, businesses, cities – without compromising the freedom of getting around safely and efficiently. The Podcar City 2021 theme is A New Mobility Path – a very suitable headline for what is going on around us and what has to be done – finding a sustainable mass transportation solution that can grow exponentially from small networks to wide area coverage for all. Also, we are introducing for this year PCC Digital – an online experience with select high value presentations

We are proud to serve as the host city for the 2021 Podcar City Conference. The ATL Airport Community Improvement Districts (AACIDs) have a vision for technological innovation that will improve the quality of life and mobility for property owners in and around one of the world’s busiest airport, Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (HJAIA). Our AACIDs PRT Advisory Group with representatives from key transit influencers such as MARTA, GDOT, and HJAIA are excited to support cost effective modes of transportation, such as Personal Rapid Transit (PRT), throughout South Metro.

– Gerald McDowell, Executive Director, AACIDS
