About the conference The conference program will address the role of podcars and automated transit networks in multimodal shared mobility; and the interplay between mobility, energy, cityscape and livability. Dinner at the Adobe House, Mountain ViewPodcar City is organized by the Institute for Sustainable Transportation of Sweden and its sister organization, the International Institute of Sustainable Transportation, INIST of California, and sponsored by the Advanced Transit Association, ATRA. — Podcar City conferences have been held since 2007 in Sweden, Germany and the USA.
Expected participants and target groups. We anticipate an audience of 150-250 professionals and an additional 100 university students from several career paths. The main target groups are city planners, transit planners, consultants, architects, engineers, investors, developers and elected officlals.

The Mountain View Center for the Peforming Arts will have ample space for showing products and services. Leading up to the conference, six newsletters will be sent to an audience of over 1000 professionals, announcements will be made in world calendars focusing on transportation, energy and sustainable development. Every year the PCC conference invites local, regional, national and international media and has over the years drawn significant interest

Credit card and PayPal payments are accepted on the INIST site via the Secure Payments Button on the right. The 2018 conference focuses on how we can plan for automated shared mobility. The pace of innovation has increased significantly with more systems providers.
